Update from Kenya

Mike has been able to return to the base in Ngong- however the situation in Kenya remains serious with about 250,000 people reported displaced, and many afraid to return to their homes because of ethnic violence- for others their homes have been looted or burned so they have no homes anyway. Water supplies and food shortages are a problem, as are diarrhoeal diseases. Some of Mike's staff have also lost their homes, however they are all doing as much as they can to help in the various areas where they have a local infrastructure. ICROSS is a small organisation that depends on donations to do much of the local relief work in which it is involved.
