a long time

a long time since I posted here.. I am just back from Kenya- I think I left my heart there with the people I met- some old friends and some new friends. The drought was bad in Maasailand0- babies with marasmus, cattle dying. Together with friends in ICROSS we brought food supplements- but it is not enough. If there is anyone out there reading this tell me- and go to nwikenya.com if you have any spare cash to donate. PLEASE

Quite a while since I posted here.....
The good news is that the ICROSS projects in Kenya have survived the political fall out in Kenya- we must wait and see what the long term political future is. ICROSS Ireland however is not as supportive as might be expected.... not sure what is happening there. I know that any support or help I am giving at the moment I give directly to ICROSS Kenya - bacause I have been there and have met the people who are doing the work - and more importantly the people and communities who benefit from that work.

And Summer is here....
